By visiting aftercare after your detox, you are able to receive the professional medical care you need to continue your recovery with as much comfort as possible. During your stay, you will receive 24-hour observation, medication management as prescribed, meals, rest, and supportive care, with therapy and counseling options available if you are interested.
On Day 5, your care team completes a final assessment, arranges aftercare and follow-up planning, prescriptions, and next-step referrals, and sends you home with clear guidance for the days ahead. Follow-up care may include medication management, including Vivitrol or oral naltrexone where appropriate, recommendations for counseling and recovery programs, and referral connections to specialists.
